The Cuisinart PSC-350 3-1/2-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker is part of Cuisinart’s highly rated serious of stainless steel slow cooker range. Despite the premium price tag, the majority of reviews love this medium sized slow cooker for its ease of use and good looks in the kitchen.
The programmable timer works in 30 minute intervals, up to a grand total of 24 hours if required, and can switch to stay warm at the end of your allotted time to keep your tasty creations ready to eat if you are running late.
This is a very highly rated slow cooker according to Amazon and Kathy Hester, author of the Vegan Slow Cookbook, describes it as her favorite slow cooker of the ten she owns. Commendations don’t get much higher than this.
The removable crock andglass lid are key features you would expect at this price although the lack of a locking lid will limit your ability to take this to friends and families. Having said that, we don’t think that this will be a major issue as the smaller 3.5 quart capacity lets you get around 4 servings out of whatever you are cooking which is more focussed on home entertaining anyway.
